I’m very much partial to physical keyboards. Maybe it has to do with the tactile feedback. Maybe it has to do with the ability to “feel” between the different keys for added accuracy. With the creation of the “LiquidKeyboard,” these concerns may soon be overcome on tablets.

Flip smartphone concept boasts three Super AMOLED touchscreens

The Flip has three full-sized Super AMOLED touchscreens and a full QWERTY keyboard on three panels attached by steel mesh hinges. This allows for a book-like view across two of the screens; a texting or writing view with the keyboard, camera and one touch screen exposed; or a triangle prism view.

BlackBerry Torch 2 doubles processor speed of predecessor

The original BlackBerry Torch represented an interesting form factor for the folks at Research in Motion. You get a touchscreen and a slide-out keyboard, as well as the optical trackpad. Still, it left consumers wanting more and that’s where the newly announced BlackBerry Torch 2 is supposed to come into the picture.

Astrotouch asteroids game shown off with Touch Revolution TRū Touch Monitor

The company behind that Touch Revolution monitor series we saw earlier today has decided to give us a teaser. They’re set to change the way we interact with desktops, and are serious about it too. They just sent us some pre-CES booth setup pictures and a video. The monitor shown is a 21.5″ TRū Touch blasting out asteroids on the Astrotouch game with onscreen controls by GestureTouch.

Kno tablet saga continues: New images, delayed shipment

NEC Cloud Communicator Android tablet with dual screens at CES

It looks like Fujitsu is trying something a little bit different with an unnamed cell phone – sporting not one, but two touchscreen displays. We’ve seen flipping phones like this before, but usually one of the slates is covered with a QWERTY keyboard or numeric keypad.
