If you’re looking for a greener way to sustain your digital lifestyle, then you may want to consider the assortment of solar power products that are on the market. Here are seven such examples that all happen to be on sale. Save money and energy!

We start off with two add-on solar charging panel extensions for the ReVIVE series solar ReStore XL external battery pack. This allows you to triple your solar charging speed. It’s on sale for half price at $24.99.

Of course, you’ll need the actual ReVIVE Solar ReStore XL battery itself to use those extra panels. It’s on sale too as part of a package that includes the 6000mAh universal USB battery, a flashlight, and the rapid charge adapter panel. Pick it up for $59.99, which is $90 off the regular price.

If you want to go smaller, the 4000mAh ReVIVE Solar ReStore XL is also on sale, giving you that same universal USB charging port to support iPhones, MP3 players, e-readers and all sorts of other portable products. Get it for $49.99, down from a list price of $109.99.

Switching gears, we have the Goal Zero 19006 Guide 10 Adventure Kit. This includes the Nomad 7 solar panel and a Guide 10 power pack, which bundles in four AA rechargeable batteries too. There’s a built-in LED flashlight to boot. It’s on sale for $99.95, a savings of $60.

Keeping time can be green too. The Casio AWGM100B-1ACR G-Shock Tough solar power atomic watch is a pretty nifty product. Naturally, the watch side of the equation is up to snuff too with quartz movement, three sub-dials, and luminiscent hands and markers. Get it for $149.00, including free shipping.

Going on a trip and need some power? Consider the Instapark SPCC-30W mono-crystalline solar panel with 12V solar charge controller. This should retain 80% efficiency even after 25 years of continuous use. Buy it for half price at $99.70 with free super saver shipping.

Last but not least, we have something completely different. It’s the OWI Frightened Grasshopper Kit. It’s a little toy bug that happens to be solar powered and it’s a great “built-it-yourself educational solar hobby kit for the first time science experimenters with little or no experience.” It’s on sale for only $3.99, down from $14.99.

Although many believe that there is no need for a case for the iPhone, we think that’s a really bad idea. That is why we let you know whenever an awesome case is introduced. The new product that you see above is the AQUA TEK S case for iPhone 4 and 4S from Snow Lizard Products, and it does more than just protect your iPhone from falls and hits.

The AQUA TEK S is waterproof and boasts a dirt resistant poly-carbonate ruggedized casing, which promises protection for your iPhone during your roughest treks. You can dive with it up to a depth of 20 ft (6 m) and it will be comfortable in the hands all thanks to the rubber grips.

The new case also features a solar panel on its back that will recharge a built-in battery to ensure that your device has an extended life. Meanwhile, the phone can be recharged and synched by opening the thumb screw at bottom of the case. The case’s battery has not yet been finalized, so the unit’s capacity is not available at the moment. But all that protection will make your device a bit bulky, but that’s always better than a broken iPhone.

And there are the usual cut-outs which will allow you access to the device’s touchscreen, volume buttons, speakers and the camera. The case will be available in nine different colors including Signal Orange, Black Night, Urban Camo, Reggae Camo, Navy Camo, Desert Camo, Jungle Camo, Pink Camo and Leopard.

The AQUA TEK S is a kickstarter project and they are looking to raise $75,000. So far, the project has raised over $10,000, with 23 days to go. If it enters production, the case is expected to retail for $129.99.

Are you one of those high-rolling environmentalists who decided to pre-order a shiny new Fisker Karma plug-in hybrid? Well, you’re about to get hit with a double-whack of bad news. First, the car’s base price just got higher. Second, you still can’t have one.

The kindly gents at Fisker have decided to increase the base price on the Karma plug-in hybrid to a cool $95,900. Compare that to the original $80,000 MSRP we saw two years ago, prior to the additional $7,000 increase that followed shortly thereafter. In addition to that $95,900 base price, you’re still on the hook for the usual taxes, as well as a $950 destination fee.

The good news, if you can even call it that, is that the Fisker Karma qualifies for $7,500 in federal tax incentives. That said, people who pre-ordered the car two years ago probably already knew about these incentives.

There’s still no definite ship date, so you’ll still have sit idly by to wait for the car with the solar roof panel. That, or you can go out and try to get yourself a Tesla Roadster… or maybe just a Volt. The latter option is cheaper by a fair margin, but it’s just not as sexy.

Even if your local power provider uses a greener technology like hydro power, it’s still not completely green. I’m not saying that the Solar Vox is completely green either, but it could help you be a little nicer to mother earth.

This solar USB charger comes by way of Eric Strebel and Jim Nogarian. The industrial designer and his partner are launched a “Kickstarter” campaign for the Solar Vox and they’re looking for funding to bring this concept from being just an idea to a viable commercial product. It may look like an Etch-a-Sketch with a slot, but it’s a little more than that.

The idea is that there is a big solar panel on top and this can channel electricity toward a pair of AA batteries or directly to a portable device via USB. The housing is designed in such a way that you can tilt and angle the solar panel to face the sun, offering optimal charging for your iPhone, BlackBerry, or whatever else. That slot underneath provides a handy storage spot for your mobile device too.

The Solar Vox is an interesting, but not completely original idea. If you want to throw your support behind Strebel and Nogarian, go ahead and pre-order the device by January 28.

I always thought that those kinetic watches were pretty cool. You just have to give them a little bit of motion every once in a while and the battery would get recharged. Casio is going even simpler with a couple of its watches, hiding a solar panel behind the clock face. This way, unless you live in a darkened basement and never emerge, the watch will keep ticking pretty much forever.

This comes by way of the Eco Product 2010 event where Casio is showing off its popular G-Shock and Oceanus series watches. More specifically, they’re offering an “exploded view” of a G-Shock watch, showing each of the individual components and how they work with one another. We saw this technology back in May with the likes of a solar green Hulk looking watch. What’s really cool about it is that the solar panel is placed behind the watch face in order to collect the sun’s rays, and keep on ticking.

In the case of the Oceanus, the watch only consumes 6.2-watts (the same as a single LED light) to keep on ticking, providing up to 860,000 watch movements. I’m not really sure how that translates into actual time, ironically enough, but I’d imagine that’s a while.

It would be really neat if they could implement this kind of technology into LCD of smartphones, but I’m thinking that the small solar panels wouldn’t provide nearly enough power for power hungry devices to be worth the trouble.
