Considering getting your hands on the Google Nexus 7 with HSPA+? AT&T is now offering a $100 bill credit to those who are willing to sign up for two years of data service.

Although most of us don’t like being locked into contracts if it can be avoided, if you know for certain you won’t be moving to any other carrier, this might be a worthwhile deal. To get in on this deal, you buy the Nexus 7 at full-cost and then call AT&T or visit a store and sign up for a two-year contract. You will then be credited the $100, simple as that.

So what AT&T data plans will work with the offer? $10 Mobile Share plans for existing customers and postpaid standalone data plans are both eligible. The data-only plans come in three different configurations: $15 for 250MB, $30 for 3GB or $50 for 5GB.

If this deal sounds like something you’d be interested, you have until February 14th to sign up.
