Sony Announces 20 New Game Titles for Xperia PLAY

Today Sony Ericsson announced that they’re going to deliver more than 20 new games to the Xperia PLAY, including 10 exclusive titles optimized for the device itself which everyone else without the Xperia can gawk over. The new games will add to the more than 60 titles already available for Xperia PLAY, which of course will be showcased at the E3 games expo from June 7-9.

Nintendo 3DS: What you see is what you get

Whenever a company reveals a product ahead of launch date, they tell you that this may not be the final design. Such is the case with the Nintendo 3DS, but it seems that the Japanese game maker is unlikely to significantly alter the design of the 3DS before its release. As you may recall, the Nintendo 3DS made its official debut to the world at E3 in Los Angeles last month. It comes with a new analog joystick, a slightly modified take on the DS design, a couple of extra cameras, and the 3D top display.

Nintendo expected to announce 3DS app store at E3

The Nintendo 3DS may not be on store shelves for long, or at all, when the company launches an app store to go along with it. With portable gaming on the iPod, iPhone and iPad growing in popularity by the day, the Kyoto-based video game giant appears poised to combat their newest threat by taking a page from Apple’s book and using it against them.
