The long awaited Asus built audio dock for the Google Nexus 7 is still being elusive.  While already released and flying off the shelves in Asia, the dock has not yet been added to the ASUS America site yet and has been given no availability date, until now.

The site B&H Photo shows the audio dock at a pre-order price of only $39.99 and comes with a 3.5mm earphone jack and a micro USB port.  The website also suggests an expected arrival date of December 30^th.

This obviously won’t be a good holiday gift idea because, well, it will be nearly a week late.  But you can order it as a new year’s gift for yourself, if you need an excuse to splurge on some needed Nexus 7 accessories.
