Motorola today at CES unveiled the AT&T bound Atrix 4G Android smartphone. This device packs in a 1GHz dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor with 1GB of RAM. The massive 4-inch display will be a QHD 24-bit capacitive touchscreen, giving Apple’s Retina Display a run for its money.

AT&T agrees to pay almost $2 billion for Qualcomm FLO TV spectrum

Yes, the guys at Groupon may have turned down a multi-billion dollar offer from Google, but Qualcomm knows a good deal when it sees that. Apparently, Qualcomm has agreed to sell the wireless spectrum it once dedicated to FLO TV for a whopping $1.925 billion. And the buyer? None other than the iPhone-touting AT&T.

Eldar Murtazin leaks AT&T-branded Nokia X7 smartphone

This Eldar guy must have a thing for a certain cell phone maker in Finland, because it seems like he is leaking a new Nokia phone every other day. He reviewed the N8 before it was released, he leaked the Nokia N9 (which may or may not be the same as the E7), and now he’s leaking the X7 with AT&T branding.

First LTE smartphone from HTC scheduled for 2011 release

We have a couple of juicy tidbits for all the HTC smartphone enthusiasts in the audience. First, HTC has indeed confirmed that it has an LTE smartphone in the works, but it seems that this device will be slightly delayed in its launch. For now, the timetable is calling for a launch “some time in 2011.”
