Ready to upgrade your iPod Nano? It’s been a while since Apple released a truly different form factor for its Nano line. The 7th generation iPod Nano has now arrived bringing with it a 2.5-inch multi-touch display.

While the screen is bigger, the device itself is actually thinner by almost 50 percent. Probably one of the coolest new features has to do with its radio though. How could a radio possibly be cool you ask? The new radio is DVR-style, meaning that you can pause and rewind feature for songs.

The Nano is also a very capable video player, has Bluetooth support and has a new battery that allows up to 30 hours of music playback. The new “Lightning” dock connector will also be featured with the 7th-gen iPod Nano.

For the moment we don’t have official pricing or release information, but I wouldn’t be shocked if the pricing was the same or very similar to the last generation.

What do you think of the new Nano? Interested in one, or will you stick with your current MP3 playing device?
