ENV fuel cell bike caught in action
Remember that fuel cell bike we reported on way back in February? Back then, it was still basically a concept and you couldn't possibly get your hands on one, let alone take it for a spin around the block. Several months have passed since then, and they have started building pre-production prototypes of the ENV -- Emission Neutral Vehicle (its only emission is water) -- fuel-cell motorcycle. Here's a video of the environmentally-friendly bike in action.
Based on the reviewer's experience of the two-wheeler, which can reach speeds of up to 50mph, "it's slick, sexy, and a lot of fun." It takes in hydrogen as fuel, mashes it through the fully integrated fuel cell generator, and provides power on demand with a simple twist of the throttle.
