Click to ZoomnReach, a leader in mobile content delivery has signed and begun deploying trials with seven major national consumer electronics retailers for the first-of-its-kind, in-store, self-serve Mobile Content Vending Machine. The vending machine allows consumers to personalize their mobile phones by purchasing content including ringtones, graphics, games and applications, as easily as if they were purchasing a beverage at a pop machine.

nReach offers both private-label and nReach-branded Mobile Content Vending Machines to retailers. Through existing contracts, nReach vending machines will become widely available with both distribution strategies. The seven retailers in trial own approximately 12,000 retail locations nationally. Trials have already begun with major retailers including an nReach-branded machine at The Colorado Mills mall in Lakewood, Colorado.

"We know our customers will enjoy getting creative with their mobile device content, " said Karrie Patterson, marketing director for Colorado Mills. "The additional revenue stream is also attractive for us given the vending machine takes limited space and time."

Through the Mobile Content Vending Machine, customers browse a comprehensive selection of mobile content products, preview what the product sounds or looks like, then purchase the product by entering cash directly into the machine. Once the customer has completed the purchase, the product is sent instantly, over-the-air to their mobile phone.

"Personalizing mobile phones with ringtones, graphics and games was previously for the highly technical crowd," remarked Mike Stemple, CEO and founder of nReach. "nReach's innovations will expand the use of entertaining mobile content to a much broader audience while capturing new revenues for retailers."

nReach's Mobile Content Vending Machine is a private-label, turnkey solution currently available for wireless retailers, consumer electronic retailers, convenience stores, and other high traffic locations. The vending machine is available as a freestanding or countertop unit.
