 Projectors aren't just for lecture halls. They have a wide range of applications from sales presentations to home theatres, and it is perhaps for the latter that the EMP-TW1000 from Epson was designed because it rocks full 1080p (1920 x 1080) high definition video. Complete with 3LCD technology, an HDMI 1.3 port, 1200 lumens, and an absolutely astounding 12000:1 contrast ratio, this is one powerful projector. Everything stays nice and clear thanks to the Epson OptiFocus, and you can get in close with the 2.1x optical zoom. Pricing has been set in the 2400 Euro range, with an expected launch in Japan any day now.
