  On one end of the spectrum, you have all the gaming geeks who don't care too much what their computers look like, so long as the gigahertz, gigabytes, and megabytes per second all fall into place. On the other end of the spectrum, you have consumers who don't know megapixels from megabits; they just want their gear to look good. The recently announced Samsung R20 (K006) notebook aims more for the latter, offering a decent laptop in what's supposed to be one of the most attractive packages.
Powered by an Intel T2130 (1.86GHz) processor, the Samsung R20 (K006) features a 14.1-inch widescreen display with reflective coating, 512MB of DDR2 (667MHz) RAM, an 80GB hard drive, and a keyboard that "uses a powdery silver ion technology [which] has the very strong sterilization effect." The top cover has been covered in a pure piano black finish too.
Interestingly, there's no Vista here. Instead, the Samsung R20 (K006) gets Windows XP. Priced from 5,999 Yuan (about US$790) in China.
