  Don't you hate having to move your hand from your keyboard over to your mouse every time that you want to click on something. Wouldn't it be easier if the mouse were permanently attached to your hand? That seems to be the thinking behind the latest patent from Microsoft, a wearable mouse concept that utilizes gyroscopic technology.
Yes, gyroscopics. Just like the stuff you'd find inside the Wii Remote. The idea behind the patent, which was filed way back in 2006, is that you wear this mouse on your hand and then it can translate your hand movements into cursor movements. The mouse is activated when you make a fist, and then the left and right mouse buttons are activated by your thumb.
Is it just me or is this is a little like the old school Nintendo Power Glove, except with gyroscopic readings? Then again, Figure 2 seems to indicate that you're just going to have cursor up, cursor down, cursor up, cursor down...
