Well, we all knew it would happen eventually, the porn industry is invading cell phones. Jenna Jameson is teaming up with Wicked Wireless to provide Latin American phone users with "moantones" and more. Content such as music, R-rated wallpaper, and "moantones" will be offered through Modeltel Mobile Storefront, an online mobile store.

I don't know about you, but when my cell phone rings I don't want it moaning, and I bet I'm not the only one.

Modeltel Mobile Storefront will be available in Latin America late January 2005 and is expected to be available on a limited basis in the US late 2005.

See press release below.

Jenna Jameson, the world's best known sex icon, has teamed up with technology developer Wicked Wireless to provide Latin American cell phone users with "moantones" and other steamy content.

The new Modeltel Mobile Storefront program will provide TelCel Telefonica subscribers in Central and South America with access to a continuous flow of, music, R-rated wallpaper, ringtones and other content from Ms. Jameson and "Jenna's Web Girls" - adult stars whose websites are managed by her company, ClubJenna, Inc.

"Everyone needs a moantone," says Ms. Jameson. "And we'll provide them in the universal language of sexy sighs recognized around the world but with our own personal touch. The technology is way beyond most of us, but the bottom line is that you'll able to hear the other Jenna's Web Girls moan and me when your phone starts to ring. We'll also provide audio content in Spanish plus photos and text features."

Modeltel Mobile Storefront will be available starting in late January 2005 in Latin America and is expected to be available in on a limited basis in the United States in late 2005. It will utilize sophisticated technologies developed by New York City-based Wicked Wireless that uses state-of-the-art tools such as Mobile Media Presentation System (MMPS) that enable cellphones to handle sophisticated interactive entertainment and graphics with very low power consumption and Binary Runtime Environment for Wireless (BREW), an open solution for wireless applications development created by Qualcomm.

"The Modeltel Mobile Storefront is like a visual radio experience on your cell phone," said Dennis Adamo, CEO of Wicked Wireless. "Users will browse the storefront and discover fun and entertaining content from their favorite Jenna's Web Girls. They can save ringtones and wallpapers to customize their phones and have a really terrific experience."
