Asus claims sustainable 100% recyclable bamboo laptops

We make a lot of electronic waste these days; upgrading our TVs, cell phones, and notebooks every couple of years. That can’t be good for the environment; to help alleviate some of these concerns Asus has announced a new line of laptops that are 100% recyclable.

How did they do this? Well, it seems that the new Asus Ux3 series notebooks (which are based on the Ux5) have been outfitted with a chassis that is completely made of bamboo. The much more sustainable wood is easily sourced and easily recycled.
