Moto X Arrives to Verizon, $199 with Contract or $599 Outright

moto x

Looking to get your hands on the Moto X? If your carrier is Verizon, you’ll be happy to know that the handset is now available for just $199 with two-year contract.

On the downside, you will not be able to get the device through a 3rd party or in Verizon stores just yet, as stock apparently is limited to Verizon’s online store. Additionally, the device is only available in white or black, as the customization features are currently exclusive to AT&T – though that is expected to change sometime in the future.

For those that need a reminder, the Moto X features a 4.7-inch 720p display, a 1.7GHz dual-core Qualcomm processor, 16GB storage, a 2MP front cam, 10MP back cam and Android 4.2 with light customizations. There’s also tons of special features like active display and Motorola’s touchless controls.

For those interested in buying the device outright, Verizon also will offer the handset without contract for $599. So what do you think of the Moto X, interested in picking it up or not?
