Square Enix’s Guardian Cross Available On Android For Free (Video)

Android users get ready to hunt down and collect your guardians. Guardian Cross, the trading card RPG from Square Enix, is now available on Google Play. The popular game has been available for iOS devices and downloaded more than a million times. The good news is that the game is available for free. Although there are many other free games available for Android from Square Enix, most of their popular games are highly priced as you can see here.

The game has been created by experienced people who have worked on the Final Fantasy series. Akira Oguru, who has worked on Final Fantasy IV: The After Years and Final Fantasy Dimensions, is behind character design for Guardian Cross. Then there’s music by Naoshi Mizuta (Final Fantasy XI and XIII-2).

If you are new to the game, it requires a player to collect more than 120 Guardians (cards) which are then used to bring together the strongest hand. You will be able to play the game completely for free, but will have to pay in case you need some premium content.

Have you installed the Guardian Cross already? Share your thoughts about it in the comments below.
