LG is going to unveil their G2 flagship at their upcoming event in New York City on August 7th. And as expected, they are releasing teasers of their upcoming handset.
What you see above is an invite to the media which confirms that the device will be called the LG G2. The handset, as you can see, has rounded corners and it should also be very thin. The device will also have volume controls on its rear.
We’ve known all of this for a while, but now comes a new tease. Apparently the G2 will come equipped with fingerprint scanning tech, at least the latest teaser image seems to imply this to be so. The company has also released a teaser video which shows stats related to an average human being’s life at first before letting us take a peek at an outline of the upcoming smartphone.
The LG G2 is expected to arrive with a 5.2-inch 1080p display, superthin bezel, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, Android 4.2.2. Jelly Bean, and a 13 megapixel back facing camera.
