I think my Nexus 7's a great piece of kit but the Tegra 3 could of been quite a lot better, theres a memory bus bottleneck but to be honest its pretty quick. I did have my heart set on a Nexus 4 or something with the S4 pro but I need a phone that I can pull the back off and change the battery when away from a wall socket so I ended up with a s3, the adreno 320 is a smoking gpu.

I like Tegra chips-- but I agree they tend to overhype them. Personally I tend to prefer Qualcomm's offerings. Maybe its just me? :)

Still, both Qualcomm and Nvidia make great chips overall.

I hope Nvidia are not over hyping the GPU (again) Ive had tegra 2 and currently Tegra 3 and their not all that apart from re-using texture's held in the GPU' memory, Its also been announced that Samsung have the F8000 LED TV which has a quad core A15 so I think they will beat Nvidia to it with the Exynos 5440 although which Mali 6xx they plan on using is still unconfirmed. Either way interesting times ahead.
