After having a Note, (which i got because, as an artist, it offers capabilities above and beyond anything else on the market) i would hate to go back to the tiny screens of run of the mill smartphones. As a bonus it's also a 'tablet', the battery can be replaced in seconds with a spare backup battery if needed, it's 16 gig memory can be supplemented which i did with a 32 gig card... can't do that on crApple products.
The author of this article is on to it, this device is a major step forward.
Feel like a dork holding a big phone to your ear? Who cares what simpletons think anyway, besides, i prefer to use the speaker function. It's only if i want privacy i hold it to my ear, and the supplied earbuds/mic for unobtrusive operation.
I can watch movies, read books, take amazing photos and the list goes on and on with all of the aps available.
The next generation will have an even bigger screen apparently, a move in the right direction i reckon, but what i'd really like to see is twin mics for stereo audio and twin cams for taking 3D pix and vids, oh, and capability for watching 3D... but i gues the tech co.s will saturate the market with the mono tech 1st, unless such innovations are made by windows, blackberry or nokia to recapture the market.

Are phones really radioactive? Do they contain atoms which undergo a substantial amount of nuclear decay to release alpha, beta, and/or gamma radiation? Do they even emit X-rays?

Smablet :-).

Don't say that too loud. The haters are grimacing enough already and finding ways to live in denial by faulting the world outside of theirs.
