		<description>Actually, isn&#039;t acetone in the breath part of normal ketosis?  Still it is a good test for diabetics, as type 1 diabetics must avoid ketosis since they cannot reliably evacuate the added glucose produced from natural ketosis...  thus causing the condition called diabetic ketoacidosis.  Where the ketones and glucose both rise simutaneoulsy.  

In normal conditions, higher blood sugar will counteract ketosis, so if you are worried about tripping a breathaliazer and getting a false DUI...  just eat some carbs.</description>
