Went to pick up on the date they gave me. They said it was on back order. I called today and they said the order has been cancelled and they will not recieve this product again. After two hours on the phone I got no where. Needless to say I have filed a BBB complaint, and will also be filing a complaint with the state attorney general.  This is a deceptive sales practice and is dishonest.  If anyone else had this problem please file a BBB complaint - if the BBB gets a firestorm of complaints maybe they will be forced to honor their committment.
