Electric toothbrush charges in a glass of water
If you believe brushing your teeth with a free tooth brush the dentist gave you is a little bit dated, the latest advancements in wireless technology may appease you. The $200 Philips’ Sonicare DiamondClean Toothbrush can be charged wirelessly by sitting in your glass, or via USB. The spinning brushing head hits rapid speeds for some serious plaque removal.
The set comes with a USB charging travel case, so you can charge your toothbrush using your laptop or a wall socket by using the included adapter. That way you have no excuses for missing out on hardcore teeth brushing while on vacation. The Sonicare DiamondClean has five different brushing modes and two timers. One timer goes off every 30 seconds to indicate you should move onto a different area. Another timer lets you know when you’ve been brushing for two minutes, which is the recommended brushing time.
Since the toothbrush itself would probably come in at around $200, the toothbrush, two brush heads, charging glass and USB charging travel case are an estimated $409. But you just can’t put a price on dental hygiene, now can you?
