Yes, there are Windows laptops out there for as low as $399 or so, but I don&#039;t foresee Apple getting under $999 for an entry-level MacBook (Air or otherwise) any time soon.</description>

		<description>I think these new MBAs really can signal the end of the regular MB. If you want power, you get the MBP. You want portability, you get the MBA. That said, the 13&quot; is still too expensive to be the true entry level device. Get that down to $1099 and Apple is golden.</description>
