Best waste of money – 90 Metre Floating Island Yacht

Luxury yachts mean different things to different people. To some, they are the height of success. To others, they are the mark of an insecure business executive overcompensating for something else. To many, they require the off-key singing of “I’m On A Boat” by Lonely Island. If you happen to have millions of dollars and want to spend it on something that screams how rich you are, or you are an average person who likes looking at ridiculous concepts, then this “Tropical Island Paradise” yacht is for you.

Yacht Island Design, a UK company, have come up with several over-the-top yacht concepts like this 90 metre island with a top speed of 15 knots. You get a main deck filled with cabanas, a swimming pool, and a nearby waterfall. It’s basically the resort experience, except you don’t have to share it with whiny tourists and their screaming kids. There’s also a bar area, outdoor dining, a private spa and four VIP suites for your friends, all with their own private balcony. No yacht is complete without a helicopter landing pad, because your friends are surely as rich as you and have their own private helicopters. Or you can foot the bill. If you can afford this thing, what’s a few private helicopter flights?

Underneath the swimming pool, the recreational area includes jet skis and kayaks. You get your very own island on a yacht. No price mentions, as this thing is just a concept.
