As far as longer lines at the ATM, we&#039;re positioning these ATMs as additive to a bank&#039;s fleet. So this would likely be a new ATM where an ATM currently doesn&#039;t exist -- rather than replacing an old one. Finally, on the outsourcing question, financial institutions who are using Interactive Tellers have used tellers based out of their corporate offices or local call centers. Keep in mind: unlike a phone call, you actually see whom you&#039;re speaking to!</description>
