The ringer volume is so low its hard to hear. The speaker is also low, real LOW, its hard for me to believe htc made this phone. Now I kinda like how you can, set up the lock screen, the picture one is real, cool! To me its kinda like htc tried to hard.... Lol but NOT hard enuff. Like the battery is poor. It, takes forever the charge. The keyboard is screwed, now why they changed? Who knows. I know its boring to look@. There was an analysis done a while back and HTC came out way on top in terms of speed of Android version updating and, yes, Samsung was pretty far behind. I'm not totally against TouchWiz (as compared to HTC Sense), but I can see why some folks might not like it.
