The sensation is not that fast. The ringer volume is so low its hard to hear. The speaker is also low, real LOW, its hard for me to believe htc made this phone. Now I kinda like how you can, set up the lock screen, the picture one is real, cool! To me its kinda like htc tried to hard.... Lol but NOT hard enuff. Like the battery is poor. It, takes forever the charge. The keyboard is screwed, now why they changed? Who knows. I know its boring to look@. I think they were thinking htc, sense then wnt vanilla

Very fair observation. There was an analysis done a while back and HTC came out way on top in terms of speed of Android version updating and, yes, Samsung was pretty far behind. I'm not totally against TouchWiz (as compared to HTC Sense), but I can see why some folks might not like it.

Here's the report on the Android version updating:

What you / they're not considering is the god-awful samsung android ui abomination / kies / lack of keeping up to date with android updates - yes - technically the sensation might be ever so slightly inferior but as an overall package it pounds the samsung into a bloody mess and steals its lunch money (esp as most of these will be sold on a 24month contract - I'd bet my mouldy granny than the htc owners are a happier bunch in 12 months than the samsung victims)

Further they're missing key criteria (standby / talk time on the battery for one) - the stack up of that would be interesting to see.
