The high-pitch sound of electric motors whirling is almost like a jet engine, at 190mph the unofficial world record was set, not too bad for a bunch of battery packs. Chris Yates jumped on his Swigz Pro Racing electric motorcycle with 241 horsepower and unofficially set the world record at 190.6 mph in one mile on an EV bike. Yates was aiming to break the 200mph mark, the bike is capable of 227 mph in tests, but Yates fell short in the real world test.
