I haven't really done much texting so I don't really find this news/story amusing. Hey, it's still great that he won $10,000 for becoming the fast texter. I wish I could won some money doing something that seems worthless or not adding value to others. I'm not sure what this news convey - how teenagers are so in tune with technology, how much a communication company is trying to support certain users, how others would be inspired to do lots more texting, or else. I don't know and I'm trying not to be too critical about it. Still, that kid seems to have a good future ahead of him. I prefer typing on a regular keyboard rather than texting.
