I use programs like Fruity Loops and Reason 5 to produce hi-def sounding music and also use Pro Tools to audio record vocals onto my beats and instrumentals. I am a music education major and we have had a class on this before. The idea of using MIDI with an iPad is something that I think should be incorporated in the classrooms.
