Universities e-bike project results in the Borough One

How long does it take to show a semester’s worth of e-bike research and development? Two minutes, apparently.

Third-year industrial design students at the University of Cincinnati, whose class took part in the Borough Bicycles One project, used a series of photos taken over the course of the semester to sum up the prototyping phase and end result in this two-minute time-lapse video.

The project is aimed at developing electric bikes for five different market segments, with the video created by James Sloss of the group targeting the ‘urban commuter.’

For more information, photos of the other four bikes and a full breakdown of the project’s progress, check out their blog here.
