By restricting some one usage no one going to get the success, if even they could able to get then also they can't enjoy that success for long run, so Dear micro soft do not try to make something mandatory instead of try to make a product which is far more better than existing ones, if you really want to restrict others from using your technology then please you also exist by your self from working in Linux systems or android mobile phones.

Windows Phone 7 is a Microsoft walled garden that you cannot escape from.

Android is open-source. Motorola released Android phones in China with it's Google services removed (replaced with Bing).

However, on Windows Phone 7, Microsoft's rules say that OEMs and carriers are not allowed to change the default search engine from Bing. Windows Phone 7 has a 'Bing Button' on the front panel, which nobody is permitted to change to Google.

Microsoft has made a grave error.

Microsoft thinks it is still the dominant monopolist of computing, and is still behaving like it did in the 1990s. It hasn't sunk in that Microsoft is an insignificant and small player in mobile. It can't force people to use its services, or lock them in.

Windows Phone 7 is going to be a big failure. Nobody will buy it. Microsoft will learn the hard way.
