		<description>As you said : selfish ! Just picture the following situation : while approaching the exit you need to take on the highway, your partner suddenly asks you a question which requires your full attention.

If you are male like me, chances are that you will answer the question and miss the exit.

The same applies for cell phone calls, and for dangerous situations.

I think cell phones should signal incoming calls, but only allow a conversation when the engine is not running.</description>
