Noticed you didn`t try to defend your stupid statement that the Nexus One wouldn`t qualify because it DOES have a 1GHz processor.

A few Android phones already have 1GHz processors, but to put it as a minimum requirement is another beast altogether. The Vision’s dual core processor should outperform the single core 1GHz units, but at 800MHz, it technically comes up short in terms of clock speed. Whether Google adjusts its minimum requirements (say, 1GHz single but 800MHz dual) remains to be seen.

Um… Nexus One does have a 1GHz processor. Vision’s dual-code 800MHz processor will outperform any current Snapdragon chips. Both would most definitely qualify for Gingerbread.
