I tried to switch to them on May 21st, but they lost my old number, and I still don't have a working phone. (as of June 7th) It's cheap, but they couldn't even handle a simple transfer, I'm out of the money i've already given for the phone they make you buy, and it's up in the air if i get the service money I have spent back. Just don't risk it, unless you aren't attached to your old number like I am. Hours on hold, and infinite "investigations" have finally pushed me to a breaking point. Sounds nice, but don’t be fooled.
