They have 100K apps, Android has 20K and not all work on all phones. The only thing apple can do, and should, really, is put the iphone on all carriers including Vzw, Tmo and Sprint. Plus, once the iphone 4rth Gen comes out, and I am sure apple has been paying attention to WebOS, Android and now 7series, they will pulll out all the stops to make things innovative. Personally, I am waiting for the Passion on Tmo.. but when I look at the next gen snapdragon, I get jealous and I dont even own it yet :) Apple doesnt really need to open up their OS.
