A new app from Logitech is available at the iTunes App Store.  The Touch Mouse app turns your iPhone or iPod Touch into a wireless trackpad and keyboard for your computer.  You can type, point, click and scroll on either a Mac or PC from a distance.

The download is a simple two step process, don’t just do the first one or you will be scratching your head wondering %^!@$.    Download the Touch Mouse App onto your iPhone or iPod Touch, AND THEN; download Touch Mouse Server software from Logitech onto your computer.  You’ll find Touch Mouse has some sweet features to take advantage of once both are installed;  -  Control over your computer from anywhere in the house over your Wi-Fi  -  the text your typing is displayed on the iPhone/iPod screen  -  you can show or hide the keyboard at any time  -  the trackpad and the keyboard can display in both portrait and landscape modes  -  the keyboard has Control, Alt, Command/Windows keys  –  the multi-touch trackpad includes  the option to have two or three mouse buttons  -  and there’s two-finger scrolling.
