		<description>Well in America there is more than one type of network... So the question should be, &quot;GSM, CDMA, or iDEN?&quot; (although I highly doubt to see an iDEN version). My impression is that it won&#039;t be carrier specific but unless they want to engineer two or three totally different models, it will be network specific.

		<description>Typical American, asking &quot;what carrier&quot;.  Not your fault but it shows the lemming culture we have here; thinking that the carrier and the handset should be a bundle.  My hope is that the Android market will be so competitive that people will be able to buy an unlocked handset for a reasonable price and then have the ability to switch carriers at will. </description>
