For some reason when I search for the app “my account” in the fido iPhone app store it doesn’t even bring up the app. Is there a kink to it somehwere? If s can someone please post it or let me know what I’m doing wrong please.

it doesn't work on wifi…you must be connected to there cellular network via 3g or edge

I just installed the app and to my surprise I am getting errors saying Fido cannot display any data on my account at this time. Go figure.
