HTC Leo: Windows Mobile 6.5, 1GHz Snapdragon, 4.3-Inch Touchscreen
Prepare to be impressed. We caught a few glimpses of this phone through some shady and blurry spy shots, but now it seems that the upcoming HTC Leo smartphone is not only real, but the rumored spec sheet is even better than you could have possibly imagined. Just don’t expect this phone to be particularly tiny.

It will probably still fit in your pocket, but the footprint is definitely bigger than most of its competitors. That’s because the HTC Leo boasts a massive 4.3-inch touchscreen display. It’s shown here next to another HTC smartphone, though the other one “only” has a 3.6-inch screen. Thankfully, that’s only the footprint. The Leo is said to measure just 11mm in thickness.

But wait, there’s more.

The HTC Leo also gets its juice from the impressive Qualcomm 8250B processor, a unit that you may know as the 1GHz Snapdragon. This processor is also found in the Toshiba TG01 and it’s quite the peppy little number, considering that so many other smartphone processors are still hovering in the 400-600MHz range.

Rounding out the specs are a 5 megapixel camera with dual LED flash, Windows Mobile 6.5, a small number of hard keys on the front, and a possibly tiny 1230 mAh battery. Based on the HTC Pro-Three branding and “Loreum Ipsum” filler text on the back, I’d say this is still in prototype stages, but if it gets released anytime soon, it’ll surely shoot to the top of the Windows market.
