Apple iPod Shuffle Gets a Little Sweeter with Chocolate Cases

Want to take on a slightly stealthier and possibly sweeter approach to your hot new Apple music player? Look no further than this case from the creative kooks at SwitchEasy.

Instead of tossing in a generic case that looks like nothing in particular, SwitchEasy has designed a silicon case for the newest iPod shuffle that is shaped like a small chocolate bar. The darker chocolate-colored case seems to make the most sense with this kind of aesthetic, but the white chocolate and pink (?) chocolate might be more your kind of thing.

Yes, this adds a little bit of bulk to the smallest iPod ever, but it also means that you are easily protected from scratches, dust, and random bumps and bruises. I’m not entirely sure if you still have access to the clip, but you’ll still be able to have access to the shuffle slider and in-line controls.

The SwitchEasy chocolate cases for the iPod shuffle go on sale in Japan for 980 Yen. That works out to about ten bucks each.

I just got through a half dozen documentaries and videos that I’ve been meaning to get to for months now. How I did it? The Just Mobile UpStand and a bit of help from CineXplayer. Now that my iPad conveniently sits next to my monitor in seemingly perfect viewable angle, I can let those videos play as I work during the day.

Its large display, crystal clear screen, and a multitude of features make it one of the most impressive tablets on the market. Check out Mobile Magazine’s iPad review here. However, like all iDevices, they do leave something to be desired in the area of durability.
