Rounding Up Canada’s Smartphone Best Deals

Are you looking to buy a new smartphone but you want to score the best deal possible? For all the Canadians in the audience who want to get a good price on a new smartphone, we’ve rounded up three of the best sales available in the smartphone market today.

First, the HTC Touch Pro shown here can be nabbed for just $99.99 from Best Buy. This is the Telus Mobility version, as you can quite plainly see, and you’ll need to latch onto a qualifying three-year contract to get that price. On the even brighter side, you get a free Jawbone Bluetooth headset to boot. Or you can go to Telus directly and pay $300 with the same three-year contract and not get a free Bluetooth headset. Note that the HTC Touch Pro deal at Best Buy is only available in-store and the sale runs until February 26th.

HTC and Windows Mobile not your cup of tea? Then you can go over to Future Shop to find the Telus BlackBerry Storm for $199.99 with a three-year service agreement. This is a $50 savings over the regular Telus price, but you get that beautiful 3.25″ HVGA clicking touchscreen.

Last but certainly not least is the Javelin BlackBerry Curve 8900 from Rogers Wireless. Yes, the GSM guys can get a deal too, because The Source has the hot BlackBerry on sale for $99.99 with a three-year contract. Regular price is $199, so you save a hundred bucks. I think getting the Bold at $100 during Christmas was a better deal, but that sale has come and gone.
