Who has time to actually read books anymore? We’re far too busy to flip through physical pages and that’s why audiobooks are getting so popular. Now you can enjoy that aural adventure on your Microsoft Zune.

It has taken months of rumors and speculation, but support for Audible.com audiobooks has finally come to the Microsoft Zune, courtesy of the new Zune 3.0 update that was pushed out earlier today. Audible services let you purchase and download (legitimate) copies of audiobooks for enjoyment on your Zune. To commemorate the partnership, Zune owners are able to download a copy of Black River by Dean Koontz for free.

Free is good. I like free. Too bad I don’t have a Zune.
