Track Your Pennies with iPhone 3G Expense Application

Do you have a hard time sticking to your budget, finding that you are splurging on all sorts of unnecessary purchases? If you happen to bring your iPhone 3G along with you everywhere you go, the Pennies expense-tracking application just might be the ticket to you living within your means.

Tyler Ingram recently put together a review of the $2.99 solution, which you can pick up through the Apple App Store. The user interface looks quite good with a fuel guage representing how much money you have left in your budget for the month.

Expenses can be filed away under different categories, but the app rounds everything to the nearest dollar. You don’t get an exact amount, but at least you know where your money is going.
