New Sony PSP 3000 Has Very Bright Display with Great Contrast

When Sony decided to reveal the PSP Slim, people got all caught up over how much thinner the new model was. As we look toward the PSP 3000, all the attention is being paid to the updated display… and for good reason.

As you can see from the comparison picture provided here, the new screen on the PSP 3000 is substantially brighter than the previous model, but more importantly, check out the great level of contrast! Those strawberries just pop right out at you.

Aside from the new screen, the Sony PSP 3000 will also have some other minor changes, like integrated VoIP support and a more curvy profile.
