They sign you to a plan that specifies "Unlimited text messages," with no mention about fees for texts going across the border. But after you send a month's worth of texts to a U.S. cell from a Canadian cell, you're suddenly charged 30 cents per message.____That's right. Call them to verify it, if you like.____"We have an International Text Message plan available," is what you'll hear. So much for "unlimited." Rogers lost me after only a month, thanks to their double-talk. At least the other guys TELL THE TRUTH about what the costs will be. I'll tell you what Rogers does.
