Professional 105 ZAF Luxury Phone from Mobiado Remains Understated

When you normally hear the term “luxury phone”, images of Swarovski crystals and glare-inducing chrome are what come to mind. Such is not the case with the Mobiado Professional 105 ZAF Luxury Phone. Instead, this particular handset has a certain level of understated elegance that simply cannot be achieved with just tossing diamonds, titanium, and 24k gold into the picture.

The Professional 105 ZAF is a slim candybar, measuring just 10.6mm in thickness. Even though it doesn’t look like anything particularly special, this Mobiado luxury phone actually has its entire front and back crafted from large pieces of sapphire crystal. It’s minimalist, but it should also have a wear resistance second only to diamonds. The round keys and overall appearance remind me of a Sony Ericsson for some reason.

Available in black, black satin, blue, grey, red, and silver, the Mobiado Professional 105 ZAF gets equipped with quad-band GSM, dual-band WCDMA, a 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth 1.2+EDR, music player, 1GB internal memory, microSD expansion, and video streaming support. No word on pricing.
