Announced: Nokia 6600 Slide, 6600 Fold, 3600 Slide

This one came a little out of left field. Nokia has just announced three new additions to its lineup, all of which boast a beautiful jet black finish and quad-band GSM reception. The Nokia 6600 Slide, 6600 Fold, and 3600 Slide all fall under the fashion phone category, thanks the smooth rounded lines and stylized directional pad.

Starting from the left, we have the Nokia 6600 Slide. It backs up the GSM with WCDMA (850/2100), as well as a 3.2 megapixel camera, 2.2-inch QVGA display, microSDHC support, and a high quality steel cover. Pricing is estimated at $430.

In the middle is the Nokia 6600 Fold. Like the 6600 Slide, the 6600 Fold also gets dual-band WCDMA high-speed connectivity. Rounding out the specs are a button-operated opening mechanism, hidden external OLED display, 2 megapixel camera with dual LED flash, and microSDHC support. It will also sell for $430.

Last but not least is the 3G-less Nokia 3600 Slide. It boasts two gradated color options with soft ceramic paint and high gloss surfaces. It’s also got a 3.2 megapixel camera, TV-out, and background noise cancellation technology. Look for it to sell at $275.
