iPhone owners may be reasonably satisfied with their version of Safari and other smartphone users may swear by Opera Mini, but Microsoft is quick to remind us that they have some mobile web surfing software too. Accompanying the launch of Windows Mobile 6.1 is an all-new version of Internet Explorer Mobile and we’ve managed to snag this helpful walkthrough video demonstration.

The new Internet Explorer Mobile comes with the ability to “easily view full-screen web pages.” Yes, we all know how much it sucks having to pan from left to right, up and down, just to see what we’re actually looking at. The full-page viewing is not the biggest selling point, however.

Where the new IE Mobile really shines is in multimedia playing support, showing love for H.264, Adobe Flash, and Microsoft Silverlight. YouTube on the go, anyone?
