The new Motorola Z6w slider phone is certainly attractive from an aesthetic point of view, but the bigger selling point is the built-in WLAN connectivity. Better still, this Wi-Fi connection is completely open to UMA GAN R6, meaning that voice calls will seamlessly transition between cellular and VoIP. Sounds like a perfect fit for the guys at T-Mobile, doesn’t it?
In terms of the other features, the slim Z6w comes with the MOTOMAGX operating system, quad-band GSM, Windows Media Player, pre-loaded instant messaging, 2.0-inch QVGA display, microSD expansion, and a 2 megapixel camera. Look for it in Q2 2008.
