The car show circuit is now in full swing, having already explored some of the offerings in Detroit. It’s time to head over to the Windy City to see what’s happening at the Chicago Auto Show and one hot offering is a revitalized version of Scion’s sporty coupe.

To be revealed at the Chicago Auto Show, the Scion tC Release Series 4.0 RS is largely based on the existing Scion tC, except it gets a few additions in the style department. Along with an extra lengthy name, the tC Release Series 4.0 RS also gets treated to a DAMD body kit, new upper grille, and a rear spoiler. The stealthy paint job carries a name of Galactic Gray Mica. You could say it’s out of this world.

On the inside, you’ll find a dark wood RAZO shift knob, leather-wrapped steering wheel, leather interior, and seats embroidered with “tC RS 4.0″. All this extra goodness comes at $2,700 (plus $285 for the spoiler) on top of the regular price. Standard and automatic versions go for $19,700 and $20,500, respectively.
